Tonight the bowen practitioner who goes to my zumba class gave me a free treatment and showed me how to do it and it was the most amazing sensation, like a chill you get when you letdown and I could feel the blockage MOVING - blown away by that!

I'm taking vit c and magnesium (Jacaranda said that was good, must ask mer why ) and trying to get Angus to feed and empty but he's not being cooperative on that front and I can't pump to save my soul so I'm not even bothering to try
